Great Experience
I really like my deck, I had been thinking about getting it for quite a while and kept putting it off. It's nice, I can go out my bedroom and go around and go into the living room. The walkway between the two decks is wide enough for a walker or a wheelchair, which is nice. I've had a couple people say that whoever did it did a really good job and it looks really nice so I'm really pleased. My experience working with The Remodeling Company was great. My prior deck was bad and wasn't safe so it needed to be done. I'm glad to have done it with TRC.
Experts and Professional
This company excels at their job in every phase. They showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. They really care about the customers and go above and beyond to get the work done. They listened to all my needs and concerns. I personally would like to THANK Bob, the owner for this well organized company. Also Fernando, the project manager, who is outstanding -- with his professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service! He personally guided me every step of the way making sure I understood the process. I Highly Recommend this company and give them a solid A+!
Mixed review
We had The Remodeling Company replace our front porch. Gustavo and his crew were excellent. The started before 0730 and cleaned up the area before leaving daily. The new porch is beautiful. The second part of this review is a complaint and a warning to future customers. We contacted them because of a flier hung on our door. The flier advertised "Save $750.00 with this flyer" on s minimum $5,000 order. No where on the flyer did it mention that the flyer had to be presented when we got the estimate. The person who gave us the estimate forgot to mention this rather important fact. When the job was finished, I presented the flyer and was told at that time that it had to be presented at the time of the estimate and would not be honored. I feel this was deceptive since the flyer failed to address the timing. My job was over $8500.
Great experience
I got siding, soffit, gutters and the door replaced. My experience was great, they are willing to help in anyway they can. The people they contracted to come out as well were expediant, and friendly.
Owner has ghosted me
If could give them less than -10 stars I would. This entire experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. We ordered all new windows and a rear entry door May/June of last year. We were told that it would be as much as 6-8 weeks for everything to come in and they would call to schedule the install once everything was in stock. 3 months went by and we heard NOTHING from anyone. Finally after a couple of phone calls I was told " your windows have been here but nobody knew who they were for. The windows were finally installed in November, but still no door. We noticed that the screens that came with the windows tagged on one side. We showed this to the installer and said he would "fix" it when he came back to install the door. Three more months went by and we still hadn't heard about where the door was. In March they offered to refund us the cost of the door, but when I asked about the screens, Bob decided he was going to come up and get involved. He came up and met with me, he remeasured the door, I explained what we wanted and he offered to replace the screens with aluminum mesh screens, he assured me that it would only take a few weeks to have the door made and that I would be kept in the loop as far as the timeline....that was March. I have called Bob several times to find out what is going on, including text messages, and have gotten NO RESPONSE. I called the office and was assured that Bob or someone would be in touchthe next day. That was last week. -10000 stars
EXCELLENT from Start to finish. Siding and more
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. From start to finish they were the absolute best. Kevin and Bob are phenomenal, and Fernando always followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly and answered any questions we had. TRC replaced our siding, and our windows, 15 of them, half of the roof that needed replacing, the front and back doors and the front portico. It looks like a brand-new home, and we couldn't be happier, it is gorgeous. TRC, we couldn't have done all this without you! I highly recommend TRC!

Fast, reliable, and dependable work turnaround. Gave updates with progress for our roof. Communicated perfectly about everything being done and issues that popped up with our roof. Gave recommendations to prevent future roof issues. Cleaned up amazingly afterwards. Very courteous. Worked hard to get the job done in a very reasonable period of time. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs roof work done and know who to call to get needed stuff done. Thank you for the amazing job done!
Easy Vinyl Siding Referral
The entire experience, from the sales consultation, selection of colors to the completion of the vinyl installation, was totally satisfying. The staff at The Remodeling Company were always professional and responsive to any questions or concerns expressed. The work crew was very intentional with staying on task with their job leaving supplies neat and in order each day. The project site manager was the best. Pauleta was always present and very thorough in making sure we were satisfied throughout the progress of the project. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she was always responsive with a solution that met our needs. I would totally recommend TRC for your vinyl siding installation.
